This cottage has been built around 1500 as a gamekeeper's home estate Glory Mariënwaerdt in the Betuwe, located in the basin of the river Linge. In 2011 it has been fully restored with a new thatched roof, oak floors, central heating, three bedrooms and a modern bathroom and kitchen. It accommodates up to eight people.On the ground floor of the cottage you will find a TV-room furnished with double sofa bed and DVD, the kitchen diner which includes a dishwasher, the living/dining room with a fireplace, a separate toilet and a utility room for the washing machine. The bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the first floor. Around the house is a garden with views over the fields. From the front door you can walk into the lanes.Mariënwaerdt estate is a vast family estate with vast green fields. Live deer, pheasants and hares can be seen in the property. In the spring, the region can enjoy the blossom splendor. In summer you can swim in the Linge and in autumn you can do nuts picking among the many walnut trees around the property. The estate has a hiking and cycling trails with breathtaking views.
